BEA Investors, LLC was founded in 2010.  The turmoil in the real estate market at that time required innovative methods to complete real estate transactions, both in buying and selling real estate.  The traditional model was not working.  Homes were suddenly worth less than purchase price, bank lending was disappearing, and both buyers and sellers were bewildered by how quickly things had changed.

Our approach at that time was to use different, unique techniques, such as owner financing, lease to purchase, and work for equity programs to move transactions forward.  Transactions take place as they should, between buyers and sellers, without interference from banks and other third parties.  This novel approach continues to be successful today.
